School of Architecture - Technical University of Crete
He studied architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a master's degree from the National Technical University of Athens. During his undergraduate studies, he taught as an assistant at the institutions he attended, and since 1996 he has taught numerous undergraduate and graduate courses at colleges in Athens. Since 2007, he has been teaching at the School of Architecture of the Technical University of Crete. He has presented his work publicly and has spoken about it at institutions, conferences, and in the media, both in Greece and abroad.
He has participated with distinction in international competitions, most notably winning third prize in the first ever online competition held by the American Association for Computer Aided Design in Architecture on the theme "LIBRARY FOR THE INFORMATION AGE" in 1999.
In 2003, he represented Greece at the 50th Venice Biennale.
His works have been exhibited repeatedly at international and national level, most notably at the exhibitions: "Suspended Greeks. The Land of Architects" / ARCO / Madrid, the 3rd and 4th Biennale of Young Greek Architects, medi@terra 2000 and 2004, the 5th and 6th Triennale of Architecture in Crete, and the exhibition of the most important buildings of the last 100 years in Crete.
Since 2000, he has maintained his own office, carrying out large-scale and material studies: Object design, architectural and urban design themes, experimental approaches to material or immaterial space, with personal involvement in all stages of design and construction of many of his projects.
His projects span the fields of architecture, applied arts, and visual arts, and have been referenced in academic theses, dissertations, and postgraduate theses, as well as in lectures by third parties, educators, architectural and visual arts hubs in Greece and abroad.
