Daskalakis Georgios

Graduated from the Department of Architectural Engineering, Technical University of Crete. Collaborated with architectural offices and construction companies from 2010 to present in Athens, Corfu, and Chania on matters such as the preparation of comprehensive architectural studies as well as the organization and supervision of construction sites. Since 2018, he has been a founding member of the architectural firm ixnos architects, based in Chania, with extensive work in private residences and hotel projects.
He has taught the courses of Architectural Design, Architectural Technology, and Bioclimatic Design as an adjunct professor and laboratory assistant at the Technical University of Crete.
He was awarded the second prize in the architectural competition for the redevelopment of Christos Square in Poros (2019). Also, as a collaborating architect, he was awarded the first prize for the redevelopment of Schismatos Square in Elounda, Crete (2012) and the redevelopment of the coastal front in Koum Kapi, Chania (2013), and the third prize for the study of the promotion and reuse of the Western Neoria in Heraklion.
He has organized workshops and curated architectural exhibitions, and has participated in various exhibitions and workshops. His work has also been published in leading architectural journals.
